ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders require a two - three business day lead time for preparation. Although our meals are are shipped frozen, they are made fresh to order. 

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders placed Monday - Sunday, will ship the the following Monday or Tuesday and deliver that week. 

We will not ship orders after Tuesday due to slower than usual transit times with FedEx and UPS. 

To ensure your meals are delivered at a safe temperature, We will not be able to ship on days that require your order to sit over the weekend. Our goal is to have orders delivered within a 4 business day transit. 

We pack meal bundles in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice (CO2 solid) to preserve freshness during shipping.

When will my order be ready for local pickup?

All local pickup orders also require a 2-3 business day lead time for preparation. To guarantee your order is ready for pickup by Monday, your order will need to be placed no later than Sunday at 11:59pm.

Dry ice may come loose in the shipping box, so we advise customers to open it with caution. It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F. Touching the dry ice with bare hands may cause burns from the extreme cold. HeatUps does not accept responsibility for any injury or harm related to improper handling of dry ice by the customer. 

To dispose of the dry ice, use gloves or tongs to transport the dry ice to a small bowl or container and place it in a well-ventilated area, away from pets and children. The dry ice will dissipate over time.

If there are any issues with your order, you will have 7 days to report any issues. After 7 days have passed, we will not be able to assist you with any problems. Contact info can be found at the bottom of our webpage. 

LOCAL PICK UP
Our pick up hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-5pm, Closed from 12-1 and Friday from 9am-noon. In order to pickup you must have received a pickup notification stating your order is ready. Our pickup location is 4207 Wellborn Rd. Bryan TX. 77801. Upon arrival, please call (979)703-1130 with your order number and we will bring your order out. Unfortunately we are unable to offer local delivery at the moment. Local orders may only be picked up as we will not ship locally either. Please keep ordering prep times and pick up times in mind when you are ordering as we are not able to offer pick up outside of these hours. 

Heating Instructions

  • Each meal contains microwave heating instructions on the label of the film it comes with 

Storage 

We recommend storing meals in the freezer immediately upon receiving. They will last in the freezer for 4-6 months
